• Call their number for support first and contact technical support - if you have to navigate through too many windows, or are put on hold forever, you can expect this when you become a customer
• Register your domain name through a well-known registrar. If you need to change hosting companies, it can be an excruciating experience to access your domain, or move it when you need it the most
• Let your web developer manage your hosting, since the developer will access it more than you will
• Spend a little more money for your hosting. Services such as e-commerce, forms and other features that require backend services that lesser price hosting may be incapable of handling
